There should be no reasons for damages however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied wth an item we offer a 7 day returns policy.

All returned items must be returned in resalable condition, Silverstone Woodlands reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive in the required condition we will issue a refund.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us, Silverstone Woodlands are unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded, with the exception of goods deemed to be faulty.
